| 14001:2015 EnvironmentalWe are very aware that sustainability is a crucial part of business, not only in terms of business relationships but also in the way we conduct our business. This accreditation means our customers can have comfort that BMS handles all electronic equipment in an environmentally sustainable manner. BMS achieved ISO 14001 certification in December 2021 with expiry in December 2024. This accreditation is relevant to our customers as it shows company alignment and that we proactively seek to ways that reduce the environmental impacts of waste. |
| 45001:2018 Health and SafetyAll BMS employees are put through a thorough induction program include health and safety training. Bi-monthly meetings are chaired by an external Health and Safety Advisor (previously CEO of Worksafe New Zealand). BMS Health & Safety systems are audited annually to determine functionality and to ensure corrective maintenance is undertaken if required. BMS achieved ISO 45001 certification in December 2021 with expiry in December 2024. |
| 27001:2022 Information SecurityInformation security is of ever-growing importance as information risks such as hacks, cyber-attacks, data leaks or theft are increasing. By conforming to this standard, we can demonstrate to our customers that we have a system in place to manage risks related to the security of data owned or handled by us, and that our management system respects all the best practises and principles contained in this International Standard. BMS first achieved ISO 27001 certification in 2020, and we are now certified to the latest 2022 standard. Our current certification expires in December 2026. |
| R2v3 Responsible RecyclingBeing R2v3 certified provides our customers with confidence that their end of life assets will be handled in accordance with strict requirements reducing potential risks associated with improper handing; that robust data security measures are observed throughout the disposition process; there is demonstration of and commitment to sustainable and responsible e-waste management; there is reputation alignment to social responsibility enhancing trust amongst stakeholders and regulatory authorities and alignment to the promotion of a circular economy to contribute to reducing the environmental impact of electronic waste. Our certification will expire in November 2026. |
